Jackie Huber is the President of Care Group, bringing more than 25 years of profound, hands-on experience in the elder care and health industry. Her comprehensive career spans every level of caregiving and administration, providing her with a rare, 360-degree perspective on what it means to deliver true quality care.
Jackie began her journey in the field working as a certified nurse for many years, developing a strong clinical foundation and a deep intuitive understanding of patient needs. Her entrepreneurial and administrative expertise was established early on when she helped successfully open a premier Board and Care facility in Pasadena. Over the decades, she has seamlessly navigated leadership roles, managing Home Care Organizations and referral networks with an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
What truly sets Jackie apart, however, is her deeply personal connection to caregiving. For many years, she dedicated her life to caring for her mother during her battles with cancer. This profound experience as a daughter fundamentally shaped her approach to the industry. It allowed her to view care not just through a professional or clinical lens, but through the eyes of a family member navigating vulnerability, hope, and the vital need for dignity.
